How does MOJO Education process refunds?We will promptly refund any credits on your account using the same payment method you used when placing the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we would credit the amount back to your credit card account.

Warranty Information
MOJO Education warrants that this product is free from material defects in material or workmanship, subject to the exceptions outlined herein. This warranty applies solely to the original consumer purchaser. To be eligible, claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date, and proof of purchase is required.
Our warranty covers the normal and intended use of the product as received.
However, it does not extend to the following scenarios:

Damage in Transit: We do not cover damage incurred during transportation.
Inadequate Care or Neglect: Negligence or insufficient care is not covered.
Abnormal Use or Misuse: Any use beyond the product’s intended purpose is excluded.
Accidents: Damage resulting from accidents is not part of this warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic wear due to regular use is not covered.
Damage Due to Natural Elements: Exposure to natural elements is not included.
Failure to Follow Product Instructions: Non-compliance with instructions voids the warranty.
Immersion in Water: Unless explicitly designated for water use, immersion in water is not covered.
Improper Assembly, Storage, or Maintenance: Proper handling is essential.
Improper Service: Unauthorized service voids the warranty.
Acts of God (e.g., Fire): Such events are not covered.
Other Causes Unrelated to Material Defects: Only material defects are considered.
Consequential and Incidental Damages: These are not recoverable under this warranty.
Remember that this warranty does not extend beyond what is expressly stated here.
