Dorothy F. Hill, better known as “Dot”, is passionately dedicated to promoting global awareness in the early years. Her professional experiences, both abroad and in the United States, have given her a unique insight into the need for a new approach to multicultural education.

Dot Hill Consulting is a company dedicated to improving multicultural experiences and services in early childhood educational environments. Our services and workshops have been presented throughout the United States to preschool, elementary educators and professionals working in health care organizations.

We provide our clients with unique and individualized consulting services designed to address their specific needs. Our clients have included classroom teachers, administrators, managers, familyadvocates, and healthcare professionals in Christian-based, corporate, federal, and state-funded educational programs.
